JB is an International Nonprofit Executive, Fundraising Strategist, and Nonprofit Consultant with cross-regional experience spanning the United States, United Kingdom, Europe and Africa. She currently serves as Executive Director of Padoc Area Scholars Society (PASS USA), where she leads initiatives providing full-ride higher education scholarships, mentorships and wraparound support to underserved South Sudanese youth and refugees, with a strong focus on girls’ education. across East Africa.

Her work is shaped by years of building and managing a global content and communications agency, beginning as a writer, experience she now leverages to help nonprofits secure funding and grow sustainably.
